Class C Stock Information

On April 7, 2016, Under Armour completed its distribution of its new Class C non-voting common stock.  Under Armour now has two publicly traded classes of common stock on the New York Stock Exchange – Class C and Class A – trading under the ticker symbols “UA” and “UAA” respectively.
